We completely understand that sometimes the outfit may not meet your expectations — and that’s okay! 💕
We’re here to make sure you always feel confident, comfortable, and happy in what you wear.

💃 What is Our Exchange Policy?

We do not offer direct returns. Instead, we provide an easy exchange option or a voucher so you can select another beautiful outfit that suits your style!

You can request an exchange in the following cases 👇

1️⃣ Damaged Product

This is a rare situation, as every PlusSizeKurti outfit goes through strict quality checks before dispatch.
However, if you receive a damaged product, we’ll be happy to exchange it for you.

📝 Please record a short unboxing video while opening the package. This helps us verify and process your claim quickly and smoothly.

2️⃣ Size Mismatch

Ordered the wrong size? No worries at all! We’ll gladly exchange it for the correct size. Finding your perfect fit is our priority.

3️⃣ Didn’t Love the Product

If you didn’t fall in love with your outfit, you can:

Exchange it for another product, or

Receive a voucher equal to your order value (after deducting shipping charges).

Your voucher will be valid for 6 months from the date of issue, giving you ample time to choose another favorite from our wide collection.

You can initiate an exchange within 7 days of delivery of your order.

The product must be unused, unwashed, and undamaged.

Original tags, labels, and packaging must be intact.

The item must pass our Quality Check (QC) once it reaches our facility.

All exchanges or vouchers will be processed only after QC approval.
